Named as Republican of the Month for November was Matt Frericks by the Marion County Central Committee at last week's meeting.
The attorney is vice president of Frericks and Howard, L.P.A. for the past three years. He is the Republican candidate for Marion City Law Director.
The Marion resident is a member of the Marion County and the Ohio State Bar Associations, the Knights of Columbus, Marion Young Professionals, Marion Area Counseling Center Board of Directors, and the GOP Century Club.
He is a member of St.Mary Catholic Church, and he received a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Dayton and a J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. His wife, Megan, is an Assistant Marion County Prosecutor handling all juvenile cases.
