MARION – The Marion County Republican Party has selected Ms. Jackie Smith to fill the unexpired term to the Marion Board of Elections. Ms. Smith will be filling the vacancy that was recently created by the passing of Ms. Norma Eastman, long-time board member. Ms. Smith will assume the duties once she is confirmed by the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office. ~
